The variety of classes and teachers. The studio is special in the way the windows at the back bring special light into the room. The studio is large, as is the women's dressing room and lobby.

It was my first time trying out core power in San diego county and Forest was an awesome teacher. I will definitely be returning to his classes whenever I am in town. The flow was going at a great pace.
I really love the instructors. There is a nice variety and style with each one. I would love for the 4:15pm class to be moved to 4:30 so I can make it from work. I get off at 4:00pm and just can't quite get to the 4:15 in time.

The location is excellent, and I like that the classes start on time and start the workout immediately. My schedule is busy, and I know that core power will never waster my time. I spend less than 90 minutes there, including time for a shower, and get a great stretch and workout. The locker rooms are clean and provide everything you need to shower after a workout, except for a towel.

You offer a variety of classes at all hours of the day every day of the week, making it very convenient. You offer nice licker room amenities, with fully stocked showers and bathroom toiletries. Your staff is very pleasant & positive, contributing to a nice experience. The heated classes & music are also a huge factor in contributing to the classes!
