I love the C2 and sculpt classes. They really challenged me in areas that I have never been pushed in.

i did visit the Hillcrest location, I had a bad experience their with an instructor named Andre. I will never go back. Mission Valley is definitely where I would like to continue to visit.

Friendly staff, adjustments in moves, nice products, soap, shampoo, q-tips in bathroom are a great touch. So many of the instructors are just so happy and helpful :)

If you don't go during the lunch rush, parking is OK during the week. The restrooms have an open design, so it's easy and comfortable to get dressed and use the facilities. Most of the time, the staff are absolutely excellent with kind energy and fun flows.

Instructors really care about students and they are truly role models. (Don't just talk the talk)

The teachers are awesome and I feel like it's very organized and clean. I tell everyone about my yoga journey and try to include as many people as possible in the experiance:)

The instructor was very friendly, upbeat, and remembered my name. It was a tough class for the first time yogi, however Evie did a great job on taking it easy with me.

The space at MV location is big and open vs. some of the other locations.

I really like the way you guys set up your sessions. My friend and I came in with no experience and we caught on quick with the way you guys taught. We really enjoyed the candle light session it was awesome.

The sculpt class has changed a bit from when I last did it 4 years ago and I think it's better.

Each class is outstanding. A guaranteed workout every time !

I love the classes and have liked each instructor that I have had. It's nice that you have a parking lot though it is often packed. And I enjoy how big the studio is

The teachers are excellent and the mens room is generally quite clean.

Several offices to choose from so when the traffic is bad it's a great place to let the traffic die down. All of my teachers have a great attitude. Your centers are well cared for.

I usually take Meli (Thursday Sculpt) and Ivy's (Saturday Sculpt)classes. They are great. I feel like I get the right ratio of yoga and weight training. Both their classes flow nicely.
The studio is very clean, the locker room is clean. Everyone is friendly. I use to go to the Pt. Loma Studio, but I prefer the Mission valley location.

Love your c2 classes, the times during the day and the teachers are awesome.
Heath (spelling?) is energetic and motivating love him! His music is fantastic also.

Amy P is such an amazing instructor. Her energy is so positive and she gives a great class no matter what. I've been to her C1, hpf, 1.5, and sculpt and all are amazing. I started going to corepower almost 5 years ago and she has kept me coming back. Eryka is also amazing as well. Her notes and lessons on gratitude have changed my life. I have only experienced Her hpf and it is spot on everytime.
