I love how clean and comfortable I felt in this studio. Everyone was kind and very helpful every time I've come to the studio.

Consistant

The studios are well maintained and very clean. The instructors are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would, however, like to see more HPF classes in the afternoons. There only seems to be 2 (1:30 and 4:30) HPF classes at limited locations.

I like the people and the location

I love the cleanliness of the studio and the abundance of parking. The women's restroom change area is well spaced out compared to other CPYs. Fortunately, CPY always has supportive, energetic, and inspiring instructors at and every location that I've visited; Mission Valley is no different in that aspect.

I used to visit other sites, but here was the best studio. Staffs, the instructor, and members were all friendly and YOUNG!!! Very motivated designed practice. I defenely visit more, here!!!

6am yoga sculpt! Can get cardio/yoga/strength training done before work. Also clean showers.
