Love everything, I would only change the 8:45 Monday Sculpt Teacher! Her classes are terrible...so boring, almost like a C1 with some weights. Not a good workout!
Yoga sculpt is mental but excellent. Yoga fusion is brilliant.
The teachers are amazing, and so hands on! I also love that I can find a class somewhere at any time of the day that will suit me!

One recommendation-please inform others about protocol of yoga-come in to room quietly, put mat down QUIETLY, be cognizant of fact that others are already lying down so they can hear every little movement! Thank you
