Super friendly staff! Love Sculpt classes at this location!
Great teachers, nice locker room to get ready in for work!
Well as soon as you go into the studios and general area, all the atmosphere in general
the instructors attitude the music everything is a nice experience.
The classes are so creative l like in the way they do transitions and extension of posses.
I do recommend all the time people to give it a try that is amazing place to practice.
I find one of the most positive environment for my transformation and motivation.

I like the availability of classes, and that they are all first come, first serve. Also the late classes are the best! I work weird hours so it is really great. Wish you had some slightly more affordable yoga gear though. I would buy a lot more out of the store if I could, although, it probably saves me money in the long run! Love the teachers and staff as well. Always very helpful and friendly!
I like the fact you can use one of the yoga matts on your first day of visiting core power.
Also everyone was very friendly and helped when needed

Variety of classes and teachers but you need to chNge 4:15 sculpt to 4:30 or 5 too hard to get there for working people:)
I Still tell my daughter thank you for sharing your exercise class with me, as I am sure I would have not started on my own. And now, I always have fun in the Sculpt classes.
So the services I like are the Great classes! Great attitudes from the Mission Valley office.

The candle light class was fabulous. This is the first time I have taken a yoga class at a yoga studio and I can tell the superior quality with the class and the instructor. Billy was fabulous and his personality with the class makes me wanting more.

The studio is small but well kept and very pretty. I absolutely love the Sculpt classes. They are an amazing workout and I feel proud of myself, exhausted, and rejuvenated all at the same time.
