Very clean studio, easy to find with people available to help you as soon as you walk in. I enjoyed the variety and unique style of each of the instructors and how I was never getting the same yoga class twice.

When I first started attending the sculpt classes I could not even endure my "Shaka" weights. The more I participate in the classes, the stronger & more confident I begin to feel. The instructors are fun & encouraging and the energy there is great!

Most of the instructors are super awesome and wonderful. Parking is easy earlier in the day. It's hit and miss though when the room gets hot enough

The atmosphere of the studio was very welcoming. Maggie's C2 was a wonderful class with a thoughtful flow, and a challenging sequence. I enjoyed my first experience at this location!

From the moment I arrived I was pleased with the venue - from its friendly welcome to its cleanliness. The class was challenging yet enjoyable. The instructor was very detailed and encouraging throughout the entire 60 minutes.

I love that with my membership I have a choice of multiple studiosand class times that I can incorporate into my busy schedule. Also, the studios are clean, the instructors are great and my membership also allows for discounts to local businesses that promote health and wellness. Overall I'm very happy!

Great class for people of all levels! Very helpful and friendly instructors! My favorite class is the sculpt class because it is a phenomenal workout that targets a lot of muscle groups that I don't typically work out.

I love how clean and comfortable I felt in this studio. Everyone was kind and very helpful every time I've come to the studio.

Consistant

The studios are well maintained and very clean. The instructors are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would, however, like to see more HPF classes in the afternoons. There only seems to be 2 (1:30 and 4:30) HPF classes at limited locations.

I like the people and the location

I love the cleanliness of the studio and the abundance of parking. The women's restroom change area is well spaced out compared to other CPYs. Fortunately, CPY always has supportive, energetic, and inspiring instructors at and every location that I've visited; Mission Valley is no different in that aspect.
