I love how many locations you have, and that each offers different classes at different times throughout the day. I've never dislike an instructor, and always get a good workout.

I’ve been to a lot of studios and one thing that I notice is that the class sometimes are very close together and studios don’t have time to be cleaned.. sweat, hair, water on the floor when new class starts for me that’s a big concern.. it’s not just at this location but mostly all locations I have been too.. to me it’s a sanitary thing..

This isn't your average yoga class. Great for someone who wants to take their yoga practice and get more of a workout while still connecting their mind and body. I look forward to going to more classes.

The class had a good flow. The instructor kept the class moving and flowing the entire time.

All the classes I've taken at this studio have been amazing, but Rihannon was especially friendly & helpful. And her classes are consistently awesome and creative!

I like the instructors and the candlelight corepower yoga 1.5 class. If you arrive early enough, you can secure your spot in the studio for the class.

Nikki is incredible! Her approach to guiding individuals through Yoga is amazing. She is engaging, thought-provoking and encouraging. Love taking her class.

I LOVE Corepower because the instructors are incredibly honest, energetic and really love what they do. I love the heat in the classrooms! I have chronic back/shoulder/knee pain but when I'm doing hot power fusion the pain melts away and I can feel my body moving in ways it normally is unable to due to pain. Also, Abbie is one of my favorite instructors. She leads the class in a very visual manner. I can listen to her direction and visualize what my body needs to do from her words. I've taken classes at the Point Loma, Hillcrest and North Park location but the Mission Valley location is my all time favorite because of the staff-they are always incredibly welcoming and make the effort to remember your name.

Having the Mission Valley studio so close to where I live is amazing. I have loved all of the classes and teachers there, everyone is so welcoming.
