The studio was beautiful and the staff were very inviting and friendly. I thought I would feel like an out of place newbie, but I immediately felt comfortable. The schedule is really convenient and I like that I'm not limited to taking classes at one studio.

Love all the CP locations!! Wish there was a 5:30 or 6:00pm Hot Power Fusion somewhere though!! It's by far my favorite class and it's really hard to get to there before 5/after 7. My one suggestion would be to switch out one of the 5:30 or 6:00 C2's somewhere in the county for us 9-5 working HPF lovers... Preferably in Encinitas, Del Mar or North Park! ;)

I love the sculpt class on Sat mornings! It's an amazing workout and I always feel so good after it. The teachers in Del Mar are all awesome! Lately they have had a couple of teachers per class, which is great because we get the benefit of various teaching styles. :)
This was my first time at corepower, and previously I had only taken one yoga class over 20 years ago. I really liked the instructor, thought that the facilities were designed well and clean, and I felt good after.
Everyone I have met is so nice and not at all intimidating.
Sculpt instructors are awesome. They always have a great attitude and energy!

The core power yoga studio in Del Mar is beautiful! The facility itself is extremely clean. The course available has excellent classes with a variety of times aavailable for each type of class. I highly recommend this location for your yoga practice.
