It was my first class at the Del Mar Studio. Not only was the C2 class with Nikki fantastic, but after I was done, I was feeling a little bit lightheaded, sitting down in the locker room, and another instructor named Tami noticed, and offered to go fill up my water bottle for me. She wouldn't take no for an answer. That is above and beyond wonderful customer service. I'm going to look out for Tami's name on the schedule now, she is great :)

There is a variety of options offered

The yoga rooms are clean, the instructors and staff are friendly, knowledgable and excellent teachers.

I like the variety of classes, the early morning and late evening classes

I have been a longtime CPY member and I love it. I really like CPY's approach to yoga and working out. No two classes are exactly the same and each teacher brings something new to learn to class, helping students to expand and refine their practice. I also like the music selection and how most teachers cleverly blend new music with yoga songs that match the flow of the practice. Also, it is really nice that you provide hairdryers, showers, lockers and all the "getting-ready" fixings. It was especially nice to have this when I would go practice before work or on my lunch break.

Visiting from out of town, I was not sure what to expect. The kind, personable customer service in Del Mar of all places, was quite a surprise. The fact that the first class was --FREE was even more of a surprise. I'm 500+ yoga (practiced with J. Kest, Sri Dharma Mittra, Baptiste Yogi) , and the class that I experienced as well as the facilities were in the best way - astounding. GREAT JOB!

I could not give 10 though due to the fact that some of the hot yoga classes are too packed with people.

The amount and variety of classes offered. There is 1-2 classes almost every hour of the day and there are many to choose from. Love the heat!
