Good teachers, perfect amount of heat to explore all asana's with a good amount of sweat generated from your effort instead of the heat of the room.
I recently had Tammi as my instructor and she is amazing ! She did 95% of the sculpt workout with us instead of just walking around the whole time like a lot of instructors do (and it was her 3rd class of the day!). It made me want to push harder throughout the hour because she was going through all the reps as we were. She is awesome !

The staff was extremely welcoming and helped me get set up for the class. They asked for my name and remembered it til the end.
Staff was very friendly and helpful when I arrived as a new member. Overall, the classes and instruction exceeded my expectations (ie. yoga sculpt and heated power). It's a great facility, clean, studios are spacious.
