Great classes, wonderful people and instructors, lots of flexibility with times. The hot vinyasa flow yoga has changed my life. It is the only exercise that I have ever craved and loved doing. And I have only practiced at Core Power for these type classes! I love it!

Your place is very warm and welcoming. This was my first time trying yoga before and I hadn't worked out in a while. The instructor I had was awesome!!! She was so uplifting and positive, she really madey first experience amazing!!

Great classes and instructors

I love the awesome instructors and friendly management. Nicole is a great addition to the studio! I also like that the classes are not overcrowded. Plus, there is dedicated parking on the hill behind the shopping plaza which is nice during the day on the weekend.

I've visited several Core Power studios in various, cities, counties and states. I'm grateful for Core Power and its' product/services. Del Mar has a particularly great energy around its' elevated instructors and class energy levels.

Love the staff and the teachers level of understanding the body and movements to push us to our limits and advance our practices.

SUGGESTION: I used to LOVE to shop at the Del Mar and Encinitas locations but the retail has gone down significantly. I no longer even look at the retail because I assume I wont like anything. I hope they decide to bring more modern and unique styles back like they used to.
