Instructors are really great at providing ways to ramp up and tone down each step so that each work out is really a challenge by choice scenario! I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the studio as a newbie for my free week and then became a member soon after. The facilities are clean, well kept and each instructor has their own style, never sacrificing the quality of the work out but always something new different and fun! I've learned so much and CPY really helps me clear my brain since I am currently applying to medical school and things can get crazy at times. Thanks CPY!

Facilities and people

CPY - Del Mar has it all! The studio itself is beautiful and well maintained (always clean and bright). The staff is always friendly and welcoming. And, the classes are consistently fantastic. I love knowing that I will always have a positive experience at CPY - Del Mar.

I'm new to San Diego and was worried about finding the "right" studio ... but I loved the class I took and the studio is very clean ... couple that with friendly staff and I'm sold! :)

Del Mar is such an awesome studio. It's only since this particular location has been in existence that I decided to become a member. I've been to plenty of other CP studios and it just wasn't the class you get out of the Del Mar location. The level of teachers are fantastic (for the most part), the heat of the room seems better (personal opinion)and the increased energy of the fellow patrons really make it all a great place. I visit 5-6 days a week on highly prefer to make them all Del Mar visits. Thanks for all the work to make it the place it is.

Corepower offers many different types of classes with many different times so that you can fit something into your schedule. The instructors are super friendly and know your name. The studio is very clean, and the merchandise is cool

The teachers are excellent! Class schedules are varied so they can accommodate any kind of hectic work schedule. Facilities are always spotless and amenities are well worth the black tag membership. I'm a CorePower addict!

The instructors have been great...special recognition and praise go out the Anjali, Casey and Xuxen. Each of these wonderful people have gone out of their way to help in my transition to beginning yoga. Thank You!

Organization, variety of classes and quality of instruction.

What I don 't like? Class sizes are too large. Size should be limited.
