I love the classes, a great combo of Bikram type poses and Vinyasa Flow in a really nice space with a perfect level of heat and humidification. Lots of natural light and minimalist clean decor in the studio, clean spacious locker rooms with quality amenities. Great little boutique too!

I love the variations of times on your classes, not limited at all. Excited to have a later class I can take on Sundays and weekdays. Very clean and well kept. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Instructor are well educated and enjoyable. I love the sculpt class my new favorite.

Teachers have been great. I like that you can shower there so I can go straight to work. Friendly staff. Yoga clients are pushing me :)
