CorePower has all of the things we loved about our old studio--the heat is great, the teachers give verbal and hands on adjustments that help me improve my practice--plus great amenities in the facilities. Parke was a sincere, knowledgable and spiritual class leader . This was the first class I've taken that I really took something away from. I did my first handstand today! He inspired me, and the class clearly learns well from him... He was attentive and encouraging. Loved it. Thank you.

Friendly staff, creative classes

All of the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. The regular ones I see all greet me by name, which is nice! They are helpful in assisting with the postures as needed.

First class teaching staff

Teachers are genuine and the facility is always welcoming. Love that there is a variety of teachers that have different characteristics. I know who to see when I want to really be pushed and I know who to see when I need some extra love and a softer touch. CORE is my home away from home for learning about myself and being with community.
