Very clean and tidy locker room and studio. Up to date equipment and amenities - mats and towels available for rent, water fountain stations, etc. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Heading towards the age of sixty I can honestly say that I've tried every type of exercise or fitness program available or advertised. Yoga has surprisingly given me the best results not only outwardly for my body but also mentally or internally. I have found that yoga creates an inward joy that turns into a happy outward attitude. I am so grateful when I'm able to get to the studio for a class. Unlike other exercise choices I find ways to get to yoga instead of excuses not to, that I sometimes do when planning to go to a traditional gym. Thank you

Wonderful teachers - Nicole H. has unique, challenging, well thought out classes, and Xuyen's classes are always enjoyable. The locker room is always clean, and parking is usually easy.

I liked the class I took and instructor.

KaseyR gave one of the BEST C2 classes I have ever had. She is heads and shoulders better than most of your instructors. I am frankly bored with the standard C2 class and she kicked my butt! I think you need an additional level of class--more advanced. I like the teachers who have less of an ego. There are some that just like the sound of their own voice.
