Friendly people, fantastic workout!

I thought the class length and quality of workout were both exactly what I was looking for. I love to do hot yoga but don't care for the often extended classes - the hour program and routine were perfect.

I love your whole program! Sonny pushes me to work harder every week! He changes up his routine and his music just so I can stay motivated. Dee in Pacific Beach does a great job too. There are Saturdays when I just want to sleep in but I'd feel bad missing Ashley Rose's Saturday morning sculpt...thanks to all the wonderful teachers at Corepower...you make me sweat...ALOT!!!

I love the studio and some of my favorite teachers that I have taken from all teach at Del Mar.

I really like the spirit and the energy of the teachers. I do have two recommendations One maybe stagger the classes 15 minutes apart to give people time for showers and two, maybe look to add some different type of classes

Class availability is great, instructors are awesome, parking is easy, studio is clean, showers are awesome.
