The teachers at this studio are the best in San Diego (shout out to Chelsea and Anajali)! I enjoy their classes, their attitudes, and the environment they create at the studio. I also love the studio itself, the locker room clean and roomy, and the studio rooms are a good size to accommodate a good number of people.

Sculpt with Sonny was difficult but in stead of stopping all the students pushed each other to keep going.

Tabu is an amazing yoga teacher - he is very special and I am starting to make the drive each Saturday just to be in his 3 pm Saturday class. I have been practicing for 10+ years and his classes are some of the very best. I have 2 teachers I take class from coming with me soon to experience Tabu! The studio is great - front desk staff is very welcoming and helpful - great vibe and space.

The facilities are lovely, but what keeps me coming back are definitely the teachers. Nearly every teacher has been amazing. Josh, Chelsea, and Meagan are the reason I keep coming back--they have taught me so much, and I absolutely love their classes!
