The instructors that I've encountered so far have been really nice & very encouraging. They have been willing to answer any questions I might have.
I've taken 3 classes so far. I love the variety of classes. I'm really hoping to do the cardio class but am having a hard time finding a time that works for me. The candlelight class last night was amazing! Every teacher has been phenomenal but Rene (last night) has been my favorite.
The yoga teachers are personal and cater to my yoga ability.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and great at what they do.

Core Power Del Mar has an awesome, positive energy which include my favorite yogi and yogini guides! This studio has a variety of products that I have added to my yoga practice (e.g. Yoga mats, yogi toes, shirts, etc.). I would definitely recommend this studio!!
You have great teachers and a good selection of classes. I also like the vibe of the studio. Only thing I'd suggest is when the studio rooms are being cleaned that the mirrors also get cleaned. They tend to be kind of dirty often.
The teacher was great! I thought the room was a little too hot, I felt like I was going to faint a couple times and that made the experience less enjoyable. I've been to one of these classes before and this one was significantly hotter.
Great classes and instructors.I like the atmosphere of the location and the community. I have taken multiple teacher trainings from CPY in LA. I would definitely recommend it.
You have a couple of the best teachers. When I take their classes I walk out knowing I've always been pushed to my limits. I've seen a positive difference in my strength and flexibility since taking the classes!
