Monday's 9:00 am C2 Instructor, Alaija (not sure of spelling) was an excellent instructor. She had specific queing, wonderul flow, and made everyone feel special in her class. She is an excellent role model for C2 instructors to strive for.

The many options for class times and levels. I love Hot Power Fusion!! Everyone is friendly. The women's dressing area is clean and neat. The staff take care to clean the floor, and offer/encourage use of wipes after classes to disinfect the blocks.

I have taken this class in Boston and the one in Del Mar was almost a different class entirely. The instructor was incredible (beth). It made me want to do a lot more yoga where it is normally not my most favorite form of exercise. I wish I could go to Beth's class more often but I live in the other coast. When are you opening in Tampa?
