This is a clean, large studio in a busy mall type environment.
The classes are challenging without being impossible, and the instructors are really encouraging of everyone regardless of proficiency. The facilities are kept very clean. I always feel better after going!

A: For me, CPY Del Mar is all about my favorite instructors: Anjali, April, Beth, Blair, Drea, Fiona, Jill, Katie B Awesome, Kim Very Friendly, Lillian, Nicole, Parke, Pegah, Rene, Shelie, Sonny, Tammi, Tara and li'l Miss Mighty Mo, the Incomparable Xuyen.
Lindsay was great! Especially for me as first timer (in a non first timer class)!

I love the instructors and I feel like it's a yoga family.
My only complaint is the cleanliness of the studio. It seems as if 9 times out of ten when I am taking a class, the mirrors have large amounts sweat drippings. I know the floors get cleaned between classes, but never the mirrors. I really hate to complain, but it is definitely a pet peeve of mine every time I show up to class and have to face the gross mirrors. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this feedback.
