Teacher training

Love the staff, they're like family. That goes for Encinitas too. I usually always find merchandise that I like, so I'll buy a thing or two from time to time. The only thing I would say that's a bit negative is that the changing rooms are so small for the number of people using them, and it can get quite messy and stuffy in there. I try to avoid it most days. I also find the smaller studio on the left quite oppressive and depressing. There's barely any light coming from those small windows up top, and no one wants to have full power ceiling lights for yoga. Natural light just puts you in a whole different mood and space.

The place is clean, there are a lot of classes per day. I was a blacktag and I loved it

Always a great experience at Del Mar. I went to a special class on a Saturday with DTO and it was amazing! Teachers were so good and I really enjoyed the class with the beautiful music.

EVERYTHING! although...too much door opening during HPF classes is distracting, throws me off balance and kicks me out of my happy place. Some instructors do more than others but those that are always spot on for ME are : Nicole H., Paige, Kim VF and Jocelyn

I love to attend your C2 and Sculpt classes. I am a yoga "snob" and very particular about teacher choices and styles. CP Del Mar affords several fantastic instructors in particular Katie B, Xuyen Bowles, Pegah, Beth and Kim VF.

Knowing that I can attend classes with teachers as dynamic, energetic and creative as those mentioned above is what keeps me coming back.

You are very fortunate to have Katie B on your staff, she is a gift.

The instructor was so nice and helpful (it was my first hot yoga class, so I was really nervous about what to expect). I felt completely comfortable the entire time and loved the class! It was also really great to have showers available afterwards to get ready for work!
