There used to be restorative classes but no more which I think you know are also very important.

There could be a huge improvement regarding the music played in the classes! Sorry the music sucks!!!!

Excellent candle lit C1 Monday. Appreciate it truly being Candlelight, with the lights off. Excellent instructor with detailed verbal cues on how to improve.

Very personal approach and friendly staff. A very welcoming environment, especially to someone like me who was new to hot yoga, the staff made me feel very welcomed.

The studio is well kept, great layout. The only thing I did not like was the tightness of the locker room. Felt more cramped there than at other CPY studios.

would like to see instructors do more hands on slight adjustments or offer more 'modification' suggestions for postures.
