Amazing space

Sculpt is great, I would like to see the instructors on the app again and have the home of the app set to favorites to automatically pull up the right schedule

Visiting from out of town. It's definitely a welcoming facility for newcomers. The chaos at the desk in between classes for check in was overwhelming. If I wasnt with a friend I'd expect a touch more attention explaining the facility, studio layout, cubby situation. Having a friend helped the transition. Hope to visit again soon

Best yoga instructors in San Diego with advanced classes

Katie B is an awesome teacher! She is one of the few people who can wear several hats simultaneously. She is able to motivate her students to push themselves without feeling pressured or judged. She appears to always keep an awareness of the body-mind-spirit connection. She obviously has a keen business sense but also keeps the spiritual foundation of yoga as part of her practice.
It is obvious she is not only passionate about the practice, but spends the time and energy to prepare for her classes. The music is well thought out and often something unique, and always fitting.
The only complaint I ever had was that I had trouble hearing the instruction over the music sometimes....which happens with many teachers. However, she now uses a headset with a mic. There is nothing I would change and I am willing to drive from Clairemont to Del Mar to take one of her classes.

Great teachers. I love Liam! Also, just such a pretty space to practice in. Things are always so clean...and lockers always work! (Not the case in some other locations)
