Really great hands on adjustments. But doing so seemed to be a distraction in recall of possess. Music was not to my taste, but perhaps was to others.
The attitude of the instructors is very empowering.
Most important to me is that you add core restore class to your daytime schedule. Early morning preferred.

I belong to other yoga studios also because your focus is sculpt and high heat. C1 classes became too boring especially with the many chatarangus - not sure of spelling. .

Great studio with one very spacious practice room and another smaller one, knowledgeable and approachable instructors, large clean locker room with amenities. Great ambiance with comfortable sitting area and a fun collection of retail items to check out between classes.

Flooring needs an update
It makes me feel so mentally and physically healthy every time I take a class!
I am physician with shoulder and back problems. I have been in physical therapy for a year and a half without significant improvement. I have started yoga classes 1-2 days a week and feel so much better and stronger after a couple of months. The location at Flower Hill is convenient and the teachers are excellent and supportive. I am recommending Core Power to all my colleagues.
