I loved Jill's class! High energy, super rigorous with the option of modifying the exercise when I needed to. Loved the heat and the emdnwith the ice cold towels. Nice touch!
Visited the Del Mar location on Saturday at a recommendation from a friend, in summary i sure was impressed. Not only was the instructor helpful in explaining the class, routine, benefits of yoga etc before and during class, but the facility itself was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would certainly sign up if one was closer to me in Point Loma.
Loved the instructor, I can't remember her name, but she was an Aussie, it was a sculpt class, black friday, and she had a wonderful playlist as well as challenging statements on Thanksgiving vs. Black Friday that I have passed on to friends and family. She truly was a gifted instructor in every way :)
Laura’s C2 class last Wednesday was really invigorating! The music was upbeat and helped me through my flow. The class was a little different than the C2 classes I’ve been to but a nice change. I also liked how she added on poses to each round of the Sun B sequence. It kept me on my toes - definitely not a boring class. I loved it!

Nicole is a WONDERFUL MANAGER! She is adored by teachers and clients and for C1 folks she makes every effort to make us welcome including keeping the room cooler and even putting our classes in the larger room. Tara and the teachers are super. Bob Last name removed 8 years with Core Power!!
I have been doing CorePower yoga for almost 7 Years now. It’s easily my go-to exercise when I’m home. I love the instructors, the respect for mindful practice, and ability to have some fun in every flow.

I have had an awesome experience so far. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, super clean locker room and studio, and incredible instructors and classes. I look forward to trying a couple more classes and hopefully joining!
