I love the sculpt classes at Del Mar. They are challenging and fun. Currently, my favorite instructor is Christian Potter. He brings amazing energy and a class structure that works every muscle! His music is awesome and his personality leaves a smile on your face the rest of the day. You are super lucky to have him a part of your team!

I like the instructors and times of class offerings. Everyone is well trained but has unique styles that make each class different. I never get bored or feel like the classes are repetitious.

I love the core power fusion class, even though it is the same sequence. I also LOVE how hot the rooms is. Many other hot yoga studios aren't quite as hot. Each instructor brings their own personality to the flow class.
