Juan was awesome & very accommodating. The class was a nice level 1-2 pace. I like a hotter class but I get it, not everyone wants to do yoga on the sun. As a teacher, I would’ve liked to hear some more variations for people unable to do what was offered. You call them modifications, I call them variations - it’s just a kinder way of making it not sound “less than”. The studio was clean. Thank you for allowing me to practice there. I appreciate the kindness, especially since my studio (Sol) closed so abruptly.
Good teachers, good classes. Wish there was more inversion workshops or help integrated into the classes. Also wish there were more slightly cooler classes, still warm but not hot.
Such a great flow!! I love the heat and the intensity of the practice. The teacher was very knowledgeable and gave great advice without feeling like I was in a beginner class. The class was a tad bit too humid though!
