Friendly helpful yoga instructors and staff, cleanliness, location makes Corepower perfect for yoga enthusiasts. The lockers and showers are a wonderful detail. The Free week of yoga for newcomers is how my daughter got started and is now devoted to practicing yoga daily. The various levels of yoga from beginner and higher benefit all those interested in doing yoga. The posting of the extended schedule is appreciated as are the convenient operating hours of the various classes. Most importantly, your special offer prices are reasonable.

Great classes and instructors
I had a great Friday class with Irene! It was a perfect end to my work week. The studio is very clean and nice, and I like that the rooms are large so you have room to spread out. I also and like that there is a lot of parking. I do not go to this studio very often because it is far from my work, but I love coming to this studio when I can.

What I want most is a CoreRestore class! I attend 3 times a week at my Edina, Minnesota studio and miss it terribly when I am in Del Mar for the winter.
I love CorePower in general, but the Del Mar studio is especially great! It is beautiful, clean, large, and easy to find. Keep it up!

Truly superb staff — from studio leadership, through yoga instructors and front desk personnel. You WILL see results from your training, and you WILL be enthused and motivated to return time and time again!

The second you walk in you are greeted by an extremely friendly staff. I get serious anxiety with any form of gym or group work out but everyone was so friendly and fun that I felt comfortable and will definitely be going more often. Not to mention it is a great work out It feels like they are trying to kill you but at the end you feel great! Lol
I've really enjoyed my time at CorePower. The instructors are great. I've taken 2 classes with Christina and have left physically exhausted yet mentally recharged! Clean locker room and friendly staff all around are added bonuses.
Love the heated studios and that I always walk out feeling energized and refreshed!

Christina and her team are fantastic. Great vibes, great flows, and a great overall experience. They make you feel welcome in their space while providing you the opportunity to explore your own space and practice during each class regardless of your yoga experience. I enjoy visiting the Del Mar location when I’m in SoCal.
