I like the location, the classes and the instructors

The amenities and teachers at CPY never disappoint . This place is my sanctuary.

The teachers are all outstanding, atmosphere is soft and inviting (good lighting choices in the studio), love the candlelight classes and the wide variety of yoga classes offered. Staff is all super nice and clothing selection is excellent. Free towel service would be nice as I feel the monthly prices are fairly high and should cover this. The only disappointment is there have been a lot of cancelled classes lately. With that said, there certainly are a lot of classes to choose from.

Clean and spacious studio with good heat/humidity circulation!

The reception is always warm and friendly. The instructors are very helpful.
Keeping the women’s bathrooms and dressing area should be a priority and the classes are awesome.

Do to my schedule I have to attend multiple studios. I absolutely love Christina’s class!

The only instructor I try to avoid in this studio is Karinne. Her classes are just way to hard. Don’t get me wrong I love a good work out and that’s why I try to only do sculpt. But her classes are not enjoyable at all. They feel like a boot camp class that I’d never want to attend. And it seems like most of the students feel unmotivated to follow her. Every time I’m there students walk out, I thought about doing that multiple times.
She might just need some coaching, not sure.

Instructors direct well so you can self-correct.

The location is great for after class...grab some good coffee or food! Plus studio was clean and cozy!

Christina's classes are wonderful, and her instructors are well-trained in the practice of promoting yoga in everyday life. There is also a nice variety of classes offered throughout the week at this studio... Maybe a few more core restores and it would be perfect... ;)

I love the variety of classes you offer. I'm not huge into yoga but I will do it every once in a while but I love doing yoga sculpt and it's great that I can switch up classes if I'm not in the mood for sculpt

Fun workouts that are good for my body

The instructors are friendly and professional and the Del Mar facility is clean and well-maintained.

The staff is amazing, the rooms are always clean and the facilities are perfect. Christina the studio manager is so friendly and welcoming, it’s like being apart of a second family.

I have three different instructors each week, Drea, April and Lex. Each of them are very knowledgeable and care deeply about us. I am taking C1 as a novice and very much appreciate their concern for our well being.
