Lillian is a great instructor. She’s always motivating the class and pushing me to try my best. I enjoy taking her classes!
The studio was clean and the instructor was friendly. The space was marked with polite signs to remind people to be respectful of others within the yoga studio. And I am so happy I can use class pass to attend corepower! It keeps it accessible for people who can’t afford a full membership every month.
I really liked this instructor at first, complete memorization of flow. But now I see it is mechanical, lacks passion. Leaves me wanting more. Also, the life wisdom imparted on the Yogi's is a bit too much, dinfinitive, absolute, lacks life experience perhaps to know the we are all so similar, yet so unique our same experiences can be so dissimilar. there is a consistency to the C-1 practice that fosters building a strong foundation. The insturctures are very engaging.
I like that I burn more calories during a one hour class at the Del Mar studio than I do at the Encinitas studio but I wish all of the classes weren’t so similar

I loved Liz, the instructor from Friday evening Sculpt and the class made me feel great.
Great location, clean, good class, nice employees. My one issue eould be parking. I've only been to the del mar location once but it was tough findijng a spot.
The teachers make each class challenging and unique with well planned motivating or meditative music, depending on the class. The community is warm and welcoming.

Core Power Del Mar has the most incredible yoga instructors!!!! Their yogi skillset, smooth talking voices & BIG HEARTS win me over everytime I step foot on my mat!
Juan was awesome & very accommodating. The class was a nice level 1-2 pace. I like a hotter class but I get it, not everyone wants to do yoga on the sun. As a teacher, I would’ve liked to hear some more variations for people unable to do what was offered. You call them modifications, I call them variations - it’s just a kinder way of making it not sound “less than”. The studio was clean. Thank you for allowing me to practice there. I appreciate the kindness, especially since my studio (Sol) closed so abruptly.
