Great instruction

I drive to Del Mar instead of Poway Corepower yoga because the classes are heated/humidified at a higher level and more consistently. Also, the teachers are great at both studios but if Im going to a hot yoga class I want to sweat. Poway CP classes are luke warm and I don't get to sweat much.

Staffs are excellent!
However, the studio is dirty. The studio floors, weights and foam blocks are not cleaned properly. Trash cans are always full to the top with sanitizing wipes.

The instructor was warm, welcoming and inspiring. The studio itself was clean and had everything I needed available to me. I am new to yoga and everyone at the studio made me feel welcome and accepted. Very professional all around.

I love all the classes and especially the team at CP DelMar. They are friendly helpful and listen to feedback. Jackie is doing a fantastic job, always with a smile and makes time to talk and listen. Micheal’s classes are challenging and great. Amy Rae and Michael have stepped into their new positions and you can feel a noticeable change in the studio , it looks and feels better than ever and I have been going there for many years .

I love all of the instructors. Their classes take you on an invigorating journey through music, postures, challenging but safe exercises, and instructive verbal cues. The studio is always beautiful and clean with well stocked showers and bathrooms. Employees at the front desk greet you with a smile and make you feel truly welcome and appreciated. I look forward to every interaction and class at Core Power as their standard of excellence regarding the caliber of instructors, variety of classes, and gorgeous studios is upheld at every location.

I did the Hot Yoga Class and it was great. The room was quite crowded but at least no one sweated on me so I'd say that's a win. As I am new to doing yoga, I'm finding that my wrists have been hurting. I spoke with Nicole about this and she provided reassurances and ways to strengthen them which was very helpful! I'm coming back tonight!
