Teachers are great

I like the atmosphere in class and the workout is amazing.

I really love CorePower Del Mar and have a great time there. However, I wanted to mention a less than great experience I had last week in Karen's sculpt class. Karen seems like a genuinely nice person and the class itself was an intense, full body workout. However, her use of a microphone in the class is quite jarring and actually kind of painful on the ears. There was repeated microphone feedback that was super distracting (and unpleasant) throughout the class and there is really no need for a microphone in the small room (this class was in the room normally used for HPF). I'd love it if you could give my feedback to Karen so that she doesn't use the microphone in future, because the microphone ruined what was otherwise an awesome class with an awesome teacher. Thank you!

I love the teachers at CorePower! I am happy to now have indoor HPF classes again.

The classes are really challenging and I love that! I always feel like I've been "worked over".
It's actually nice being outdoors also - however, looking forward to sweating again inside when the time is right :)
