I was visiting Del Mar from Austin and had the privilege of attending a class with Tamara and a class with Eliza. They were amazing! I love how consistent Core Power classes are and how I can count on having a strong, meaningful practice even when I am traveling. A special shout-out to Tamara's Beatles class - I LOVED that and it set me up for a fantastic day!

the two classes we took were amazing. The instructors were energetic and played excellent music. The exercises were challenging and effective.
Everyone is very welcoming and the locker rooms are very nice and have everything I need if I wanted to shower there. Everything has been very clean and the yoga instructors walk you through everything so I’m never lost.
