I was visiting Del Mar from Austin and had the privilege of attending a class with Tamara and a class with Eliza. They were amazing! I love how consistent Core Power classes are and how I can count on having a strong, meaningful practice even when I am traveling. A special shout-out to Tamara's Beatles class - I LOVED that and it set me up for a fantastic day!

the two classes we took were amazing. The instructors were energetic and played excellent music. The exercises were challenging and effective.
Thoroughly enjoy HPF. Sarah at Del Mar, who taught my first HPF since Covid started, lead the session. Clear and consice cues that matched precisely what I needed to improve my practice. I will definitley look for the days/times she leads HPF for my next sessions. I bought a package of 10 sessions.

I like that I can go to any of the studios and not limited to one. Also I like the variety of classes in different hours.
Most importantly I would like to express gratitude for the Del Mar location as the management is superb there! The stuff is instructed to always be helpful and nice to us the costumers. I like the Encinitas location as well, though the manager there seems so be less helpful when you needs it to be.
