Sarah Vita is absolutely the best! I always get a really solid workout with her, and I love her energy. I started taking her classes a month or two ago, and I can tell that I'm getting stronger.

the location is good but parking is a bit inconvient. love the classes taught by Tamara and come to del mar specifically for those.
So far so good. Michael is personable and a great teacher. The class is tough but leaves you feeling empowered.

Mary Beth was amazing instructor for that early in the morning. Her voice on was excellent. And the whole class went by so fast. I love it I can't wait to try it again.

I’ve never taken a hot yoga class before, I was shocked to find out how much I loved it and how amazing I felt after class. The teacher taught the level 2 class effortlessly, with great cues, a great sequence of asanas and a great music playlist. The studio locker room was clean and well appointed.
