The instructor Michael was fantastic, the only downside was the size of the yoga studio, too small for the amount of people.

This CorePower location offers many different levels of yoga, from beginner to advanced. I'm a very beginner student and appreciate CorePower one and Corerestore for my old bones.

I love the teachers and the atmosphere. I have always loved yoga sculpt and the x class. It is a very comfortable and welcoming studio with unique classes.

My mood instantly improves when I step inside any CPY location. Recently, I visited Del Mar for the first time and it was such a positive experience with Alyssa. She is a local favorite for a reason with her infectious, upbeat, positive energy in yoga sculpt plus the studio was just so dang clean and modern - love!

I enjoy Corepower yoga and highly recommend this to my friends. However I do not want to come to a studio where the instructor brings her dog and let’s the dog sit in the studio why she teaches class. Very annoying! The instructor should be focused on her students not her dog who should remain at home. I found this to be very inconsiderate of this instructor. Which made me write a negative review.

Good work out! Just the right amount of feedback and cueing from the instructor to keep us all moving in the flow. Easy to book your class. Nice clean facilities with attention to detail in studeio and change room amenities. I look forward to returning to these CorePower Yoga studios next time.

Melanie was a great instructor. It was my first time back to CP in almost 3 years since COVID and having a baby. Glad I returned.

I enjoy the lightly heated C2 class. I have been practicing yoga at CorePower for over a decade, and while I really enjoyed the heated classes for many years, I now feel the light heat is best for me. The teachers and staff have always been kind and well-trained.
