Erin J always delivers a beautiful yoga practice. She is so knowledgeable and her cues really help to get a better understanding of each yoga pose. She makes everyone feel so loved and valued. She is a true gem!

I love the times of the classes, I specifically joined because you offer 7:30am classes. I also like their is a variety of different classes to chose. I also really like you are in other cities, so when I travel from work I can try to hit a class there.
