I have loved the hot yoga classes I have taken at the studio. The location is between 2 of my clients so it is a perfect location for me when I am working in the area.

I love the classes and the teachers. I really like the fact that during C1 they ask if you would like to not be adjusted just raise your hands. I wish that was also asked during Hot Yoga class. It would be great if there was a something that could be put next to the yoga mat to remind the instructor that you would not like any hands on adjustments. Maybe a bright yellow piece of cloth. I had raised my hand to not get hands on adjustments in a C1 class but the instructor may have forgotten because she did them which made me lose focus on my practice because I had to focus on where the instructor was so I didn't freak out when they made the adjustments.

Great teachers and convenient location & times. I do wish there was sculpt in the mornings (the app says cancelled) and core cardio circuit earlier than 730am.

They are all encouraging without pressure to do what you are not comfortable doing. It’s my Happy Place ..

Instructors are outstanding. It is clear they have a passion for teaching. I wish we could cut a deal with the big office building next door to park in their huge lot on weekends and afterhours. It is highly doubtful since they put up the big "no Yoga parking" sign.

Tim is the most energetic, positive, amazing instructor. Samantha is technical with form, encouraging and a great coach. Barry helps drive us to want to push harder. Boot Camp instructors are the reason I'm at SLP Core Power.

Love the variety of classes and enthusiastic, supportive instructors!
One suggestion is to remind instructors (especially HPF instructors) to ask about hands-on adjustments at the beginning of class. I know I'm not the only one who prefers verbal cues and finds hands-on adjustments intrusive and distracting!
