Erin J is a great instructor with a great deal of underlying knowledge of asana and its relationship to anatomy. As a result, her fluidity, sequencing, and superb queues greatly enhance the classroom experience.

The teachers at the St. Louis Park studio are fabulous, the facility is well maintained and the schedule is perfect. I LOVE the hot yoga options (Bikram style) provided that many other core power studios don't have.
