The large variety of classes to choose from
I have really enjoyed all of the instructors at the SLP studio and enjoy the experience almost every time I take a class. There are two areas in which I think the studio could improve (1) the classes are often extremely packed to the point where it inhibits movement and practice. Maybe the studio could start to turn people away once the classes are filled to a certain capacity or people could sign up for spots in advance? (2) I understand that CorePower studios in other states offer cooled / scented towels to dry off after practice. This would be a small but WONDERFUL addition to the SLP studio.

Judy is the best. She has well thought out classes with good music. You need more consistent teachers like her. Reena too.
I want to give a shout to Aldrin who teaches at Corepower Yoga. I love his classes. He takes his commitment to his job and students seriously. He shows up to teach his classes when he is on the schedule. He is no drama and always nice. His students can count on him. I also really appreciate that .his classes are very challenging. His classes are always heated which is nice because it is advertised that way. In my opinion there are already way to many easy C2 classes at corepower yoga. I can burn 350 calories in his class according to my Apple watch. I hope he always teaches. I will follow him wherever he goes to take his yoga class.

teachers are why i stay and recommend SLP CPY. The facility is not the draw. the locker room is kind of a joke, but between Abby & Emily managing SLP with Barie's help and all the great teachers that is why i continue to go. Judy, Reena, Bre, Tim, Samantha, Emily Ha & Ka, John, Barie, Aldrin & Erin are all teachers i seek out and enjoy.
