The openess of core power is amazing
The heat and humidity were perfect, Andrew was an excellent guide, and the studio was nice and clean. Of course, parking could be improved.
Check in staff were so friendly, studio was very clean, items for purchasing were displayed so nice and easy to look at- not all crammed together.- class was so much fun! I have taken a few yoga classes but never anything like the one I went too! SOO Much fun
I love the class and how I get a great workout while also having fun and getting some relaxation in at the end.
My only recommendation would be to add a 530AM class during the week! I think a lot of people have to leave the 6am class early to get to work. That’s why I’ve started coming on the weekends because I like to stay for stretching.

I did the trial class with Judy at St Louis Park and loved it so much that I signed up the next day. Core 1 was easy to follow and allowed me to focus on my fundamentals. The instructor offered adjustments which helped me correct postures I've been doing incorrectly for years.
