The instructor (Alex) was excellent. Amazing enthusiasm. Crazy good skill. All around, just the perfect instructor. So glad I took her class and cannot wait until the next one!
Liked the heat but it wasn’t excessive . Teacher was great. Might like a little hands on help. Was a nice flow for a beginners class not a bunch of down time.

The C1 class is very helpful for a beginner. The explanation of the poses really helps.
The Falls Church manager is the absolute best.
I have been to many yoga studios and she is the best manager I have seen.
I do wish there were more types of classes like restorative, yin etc

It's wonderful to get back to yoga practice. I was out for a while then came back for couple classes when the pandemic began in March 2020. I've been to a class in Sept 2021, 1 in Jan 2022 and 1 in Feb. Trying to get back to going at least once a week and the last class in Falls Church with Merari has motivated me to commit to once a week. I always feel better after yoga and even though I am back to square 1, it does feel great to be back!
The atmosphere is very good , the teachers are very friendly and polite and let you get comfortable in the area , i loved it .

The classes have been very relaxing and the staff very friendly. My only feedback is to allow students to stay longer than 15 min after class, specially if one would like to use the shower. Thank you!

I love the teachers (Merari and Asuka) I've had so far & the whole studio has a kind, welcoming vibe. I like it that they keep the floor clean too!! Keep up the great work!
