I loved the class! It was such an amazing workout!

The instructors are nice especially they do hands on adjustments for me. That really helps me with the correct posture and avoid hurting myself from those incorrect ones.

The place was clean. Staff was friendly. The teachers explained well of what muscles we were targeting. I really enjoyed the class. Thank you.

e.g. I came for yoga sculpt on December 23rd at 9am. The studio was full of yogis, and the teacher had this amazing Christmas theme music, so we had a lot of fun while performed the aerobic part of the program. The teacher always offered high and low impact alternatives for all exercises, being considerate to the yogis different ages, flexibility, and body shape.

I also appreciated very much the personal touch of flagrance and "wind" provided while in Savasana at the end of the class, with a towel used as a fan.

All teachers are available at the end of the class for discussion, further instructions and encouragements.

I love the studio and the classes. I wish you had more options for Core Power 1. It seems like you are heavily skewed toward sculpt and level 2. This is somewhat discouraging for new people who aren't ready to move on to level 2 or for new people who are starting out. I would consider a membership if level 1 were offered more often. Thanks for the opportunity to share my feedback.

Great times and multiple classes per day. You can also go to another studio if things aren't quite fitting to your schedule. You can find a time for yourself and leave it all on the mat.

The best group of instructors in the area. Always have the best HPF classes in falls church and the community of people at this studio is out of this world :) highly suggest being a plus one to spread the work about this yoga studio!

Your heat in the studios has motives for the HPF classes, but it could still be hotter 😁

The carpet in the men's change room looks like it needs to be changed (mold stains or something)

I've really appreciated my one week trial of classes with CorePower Yoga which I split between Merrifield and Falls Church. I especially enjoyed the C1 class taught by Karen M in the Falls Church studio and I'll explain why :-)

My very first CorePower experience was via a buddy pass to a "glow flow" class in Merrifield the Friday before Thanksgiving, it was a pretty tough class in terms of the pace of the strength training/cardio and doing some of the more challenging poses, but I loved it, truly a great workout. The 2 instructors were fantastic as well. Thereafter, I took a break during Thanksgiving week and then began my one week trial this past week and tried HPF, C2, Yoga Sculpt, a 75 min HPF, and then C1 this past Saturday and a CoreRestore on Sunday. All really good!

I was told my progression was probably a reverse route as I went from challenging to foundational and that's why the C1 class taught by Karen felt especially nice at the end of this one week trial. I like that she took the time to demonstrate the poses, her posture/form looked amazing, and I liked staying longer/deeper in them as she led us to do. Her pace was just right for me, not too slow and not too fast, her music selections were good too. Even though I began practicing yoga over 10 years ago and probably can't call myself a novice at this point, I think it's always important to get back to the basics and have a really solid teacher, like Karen, who demonstrated the correct postures and challenged us by staying deeper in them.

The Falls Church studio is really clean, plenty of evening classes that fit our schedule, the manager is very kind and welcoming.

I'm coming back to yoga after a few years away and feel right at home at CorePower. The instructors are terrific--welcoming and easy to follow--and the atmosphere is friendly and chill. I like the well-equipped dressing room and the spacious studio.
