You can go at your own pace. There are different levels of ability in the participants in the class. The instructors also give you modifications of the poses.
App makes it easy to book classes and good training makes the classes consistent, facilitating the flow.
Outstanding place for my Yoga workout.
I've really enjoyed the past 3+ months at the studio -- the instructors have all been great I'm mostly taking the Core I, Core Restore, and Core Fusion classes, but hope to branch to the Core 2 soon. Classes fit my schedule, for the most part, and I've used the on-demand courses at home and on the road when I'm unable to make it in. I really like having that option!

I love the teachers! Such a great community. The heat makes certain vinyasa flows more accessible, and the studios cool down quickly. I love how big and open the lobby is, and the bathroom/locker rooms have a hotel vibe. Love this place!

Exception place to work out
I started practicing yoga on a whim, but it has become a positive force in my life, helping me feel more centered and grounded. Corepower yoga has a great calming atmosphere, and it's so comfortable and welcoming that I feel completely at peace here.

I love the Falls Church studio, Rini is an amazing manager, all of the yoga instructors are good ( I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years) Not only are they good they seem happy to be teaching at this location. The new X classes are great, we need to flexible however strength is very important.

CorePower Yoga is very close to my place and I am in my free week. I've been trying classes. Trainers are cheerful and very helpful. The classes I attended was high and moderate intensity and energizing. The studios and other areas are always clean, fragrant and feel-good. Thank you.
