Megan 9am on Saturday class is the best of corepower.. Super hard workout with sveryone loving the challenge and getting pushed by a great teacher. This was one of the first awesome classes to restart during covid with maybe 10 people… went this past wknd for the first time in a year or more and it was great to see a full class of regulars that all love meghan’s workout/jokes/etc. Really fun! Great job!!
I like the Falls Church experience compared with the Merrifield studio. The studio is cleaner and fresh and the classes are full but not overly crowded.
It is a safe space. From high intensity yoga sculpt, to relaxing yoga core restore, you can't go wrong with the practice you choose.
The instructors are carefully selected so the teaching meets the CorePower yoga high standards.
You go in with your mind full of daily worries and future plans, you leave with this amazing feeling of be at peace, feeling great, and ready to take whatever life throws at you. It is like your brain and body are rewired.
Megan L’s class was fantastic. I always learn a lot when taking her class. I don’t normally practice at Falls Church since it’s far for me, but I sometimes drive the half hour it takes to get there just for Megan. She’s a great teacher with a great heart!

Classes are good overall. In some instances more guidance , esp for yoga sculpt and strength x, on which weights to use when. Not always consistent amongst all the instructors

Defiantly liked it. Cannot afford it at the moment but I like it exercising with almost no light and in a focused class helped me push people more and everyone is kind and helpful

Of the more than 1500 classes I have taken at Corepoweryoga in the past few years, this one was the best!!! It was clear that the instructor (Sophia T.) carefully planned a class that was well-balanced, challenging and fun! Her playlist was impeccable and very diverse. The class was full of students of various ages and fitness levels, all of whom were raving about the class and the instructor! Because the instructor provided multiple options throughout the class, carefully monitored students and effectively modeled all poses and exercises, all students were able to optimize and personalize their experience. I have never experienced an instructor who exudes more energy and inspires like Sophia T.!!!

Candlelight hot fusion yoga
This is definitely my favorite studio in the area. All of the instructors are friendly, the studio itself is really nice, and the classrooms are spacious. The only thing that I think needs improving are the condition of the weights used in Sculpt and CSX. Most of the 3lb and 5lb weights are peeling (therefore rusting underneath) which seems like a health hazard and makes me hesitant to take those classes. With how often they're used, replacing the old ones seem worth it!
