Diana Williams is a fabulous instructor. I enjoyed my class with her, very much. She helped me create accommodations that my injury required. I also really like the atmosphere of the studio. It always feels nice to go there.

I love the consistency in approach by the teachers and the quality of instruction. I appreciate the variety in classes and the flexibility to move between studios. I especially love the early and late class options. Perfect for a working parent who can’t be sweaty mid day. Also love the clean facilities. Awesome!!
I have been to 2 C1 classes and cannot wait to return tonight. I was nervous, very much so, walking into the studio. Although I have taken a lot of yoga classes, I am not an athlete and have minimum core strength. It was the schedule and the regular availability of the C1 classes that attracted me to the Falls Church studio.
Everyone was very friendly and encouraging and I found the classes perfectly lived up to the stated desire of being challenging but not overwhelming. I brought my 16 yr old daughter with me to the second class and she also really enjoyed it.

One complaint - I left a hair straightener there. I tried to call them to see if they could hold it for me, but although I used the local number listed on the website, every time I called it was sent directly to the Denver office, with no apparent way to contact Falls Church. Why bother listing a local number if it is not going to connect to the local studio?
The variety of class options but I wish you had more times during the week for C1.
Studio is very nice. The practice rooms are spacious but not too big and very comfortable. Changing and bathroom also very nice. Everything was very clean. Warm and inviting. Very friendly and good instructor.
