Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It's such a fun environment. I love how enthusiastic all of the teachers are and it really shows how much they actually enjoy what they are doing and makes it much more enjoyable for the students.

I went to the C2 on Monday night with Jen. She had a smooth, creative flow and great cueing. I've already recommended this studio to my friend who loves hot yoga!

Lada was great! She gave demos and corrected form when needed. I've never had that before, so it was wonderful!

I liked that there were two instructors in the class, and at least on instructor was offering hands on assistance at all times.

Loved the class; instruction was clear and the cues were helpful. I just loved the environment, the AWESOME 90's playlist, and the positive energy. I not only felt physically renewed, but I was spiritually encouraged. While I may not be able to get over to corpower very often due to it not being super close to where I live, I absolutely give it my highest recommendation!

Teachers are great and classes are always challenging

1. For "Led" Yoga classes, instructors are are commonly fantastic, creative, interesting. Awesome place to learn Vinyasa. Many CPY instructors are pure amazing.
2. Variety of classes/instructors provides ideal environment for healthy body/mind: YS, HPF, C!, C2 .. real nice format
3. SUGGESTION: "Guided" Yoga classes such as Ashtanga Mysore in morning would help students seeking a private, "state-ownership", personally-responsible practice.

The staff is great. I have felt welcomed since the first time I walked in. I feel like I've really picked up on the poses and routines and that is all thanks to great teaching from awesome instructors.
