This was my first visit, and I was unsure of what to expect from the class and from the teacher in terms of the approach to leading the session. I did find it physically demanding, but the instructor was extremely helpful, extremely gracious, and very encouraging - a perfect mix for someone who had never before attempted yoga. I'm still deliberating to what extent I will continue, but the facility, staff, and session were very good.

I loved this location!! It was super clean and the instructor (Diana) was one of the best for beginner students! My friend who cam with me was a 45 year old man who was totally new to yoga and was very nervous. she offered so many modifications verbal and hands on that helped him and even helped me! Diana is great and I will be back to that location even though I live in DC. Pleeeease contact Bethesda location and tell them how to clean up their location, it always is dirty and smells terrible.

Great studio, great teachers

Even if an instructor has never seen me before, I have had more than one instance where they will learn it in a few minutes to be able to encourage me in class. The instruction is always very helpful and it's a safe space for me. I love the heat that makes it a workout and a time in my day where I can be inside my body. The shower area is very clean, and I take advantage of the showers a lot since it's so nice to be able to rinse off the sweat. Thanks corepower!

The people were super nice and welcoming and the teacher was very helpful in class, knowing that it was my first time doing yoga in several years. It was less intimidating than the other studio I have been to, and I liked the fact that it incorporated some ab work in addition to the traditional yoga poses.

The Falls Church location is an ideal location for residents inside the beltway in Virginia. It is right off of I-66 and the parking for the location is free. The studio is clean and always well taken care of.

Overall, the variety of classes is fantastic. I've been a member for a year and the classes are still new and fresh since I am able to rotate throughout the week, attending the different classes offered.

Clean and spacious

I was not expecting the class to be so amazingly challenging. I felt like I had a great workout, and already recommended CorePower to my work associate.

Level 2 classes are consistently fun and challenging. Studio here is more clean than that of Georgetown or Bethesda.
