The atmosphere is inviting and all the instructors are kind and want to be there and help you enhance your practice to get he most out of it. It truly cleanses your mind from any negativity and allows me to breathe and clear my thoughts. I always leave refreshed and calm.
I like the yoga lessons because they are relaxing and you can go at your own pace and also have extra help if needed.
