I enjoyed every aspect of CorePower Yoga. I have taken a lot of different types of classes, but this place really made me want to make the commitment and sign up.
I like the fact that all of the instructors are very helpful and passionate about teaching. I also like the fact that many of the instructors will stick around to have a general conversation or provide some recommendations on correcting ones pose or other activities to do at home.
The facilities are very clean, the staff is friendly and I always leave feeling in a much better mood than when I arrived!

The instructors are so open and approachable. The overall ambiance is also very comfortable.
Studios are cleaned all the time in between classes. Showers come with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Blow dryers are provided.

Hands down, best yoga classes I have ever taken. It is tough but the instructors are encouraging and so kind. The instructors are not trying to force you to push beyond your limits. They are motivating and encouraging with every pose. I have only gone to 2 different classes, and my mind is thinking much more clear and I have this uncontrollable urge to smile all day. I feel happier, my body feels less tense and more aware. Its amazing. I believe everyone should try this place.
