The teachers and the location

Ummmm EVERYTHING. The teachers, the space (seriously, I love the space of this Corepower). The teachers are different so you are never getting the same class twice. People are AUTHENTIC. It feels real. The energy walking in is amazing, and I always leave feeling like a new person.

Sarah's Sculpt classes are TOUGH - in a good way. Great class.

Martis class was tough and wonderful and a great release both emotionally and physically. I will be back! You know you've let go of some unwanted stress when you tear up in gratitude at the end of class...

Veronica was my instructor and she was exceptionally good. The class size was quite small so she gave each of us a lot of individual attention and was very kind.

All teachers are very friendly and informative. This place is a great learning environment and is very welcoming to everyone including beginners. You won't be disappointed but giving CorePower Yoga Highlands a try!

Great teachers, great yoga... the downside is sometimes the music is too loud (especially the pop music with its relentless back beat), some of the C2 instructors who also teach Sculpt like to yell, which interferes with breathing, focus, etc., and sometimes the rooms are excessively heated.

I absolutely loved both the classes that Gwendolyn teaches - HPF and Scuplt class. I definitely will be back to take more of her classes

Our instructor was AMAZING! (Wednesday night HPF class 8:00 PM) it was my first class back in awhile, and definitely got me in the swing of things again!

I live on the west side of town and this is the closest studio to my home. I like the smaller studio. However, it would be great if you could provide a shower.
I would love for you to expand to Colorado Mills/Golden area!
It would also be great if you could go back to a 6am sculpt class Monday through Friday.

i think what i enjoy most is the heat in the room and the satisfaction of sweating all over my yoga mat. Everyone asks me why I do yoga to work out, they ask "isn't it just stretching?" but at corepower, i feel like i have completed a hard workout that not many people can do. Each day I go, I sweat more and and more satisfied with my results.
