I’ve been a member for over 12 years and I appreciate the consistency, challenge CPY offers. Keira is one of my go-to coaches and reasons CPY has been my choice to practice. The Highlands studio could use a little TLC (paint) but it is easily accessible.

There are a lot of time options for classes and I haven’t found an instructor that I don’t like yet.

I really enjoy the energy at the highlands studio, i always feel incredibly comfortable and excited to go to classes there. I never feel self conscious and feel that I can really engage in my practice. It is my favorite of all the studios I go to.

It was my first time taking Tessie's class. I liked her cues and posture combinations, bringing some new things to light for me. Enjoyed it!

Jeni’s yoga nigra class was magical!

The employees and clients were welcoming and the class had a good flow. It was very busy and despite the studio being small, everyone worked well around one another.

Always a challenge

I live for the 45 minute lunchtime classes. Only way I can’t fit yoga into my day!

The highlands studio lacks a locker room, I will likely gravitate to other studios in the area, the locker rooms are just really nice to have for on the go lifestyle.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The instructors are awesome! I am a beginner, and they helped me through the poses.

I really liked her music and teaching cadence. I would not have known it was her first time teaching that C1 class! (She told me after class as we were talking about TT)
